Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent in Hamburg, you will be the first point of contact for end-user support inquiries, providing qualified initial processing and resolution of IT incidents. This role involves supporting IT users with hardware and software issues, documenting activities in the service management tool, and handling incidents, service requests, and changes according to defined processes and SLAs. The ideal candidate will have existing knowledge of M365, mobile devices, networking, hardware, and current Windows operating systems (Windows 10). A completed IT vocational training or comparable qualification/experience is essential, along with good proficiency in both German and English. This position offers a long-term employment perspective with regular, predictable working hours in an international environment, supported by a helpful team and excellent public transport accessibility.
