Job Summary

This role is for an independent IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support for industrial companies in Munich, Germany. The successful candidate will manage the IT warehouse, provide hands-on support, process break/fix tickets, and perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. After an initial training period, the technician will also participate in on-call duty. Key responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, performing hardware and software deployments, optimizing infrastructure, and providing 1st and 2nd level IT support.
