Job Summary

This role as an IT Technician for Onsite Support in Braak near Hamburg offers a dynamic and varied position with direct user interaction. The primary focus is ensuring the availability of hardware and software through 2nd level support. You will be responsible for providing hands-on support to users at the service point, repairing desktops, notebooks, and tablets, and meticulously documenting work processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows client operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), experience in user support and on-site service, and familiarity with local applications, mobile devices, and client peripherals.
