Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be the frontline support for customers experiencing issues with Windows and iOS operating systems, handling everything from troubleshooting and error resolution to installations. This role involves processing tickets related to Break & Fix, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and H+E (Hardware & Equipment), providing 2nd level support, and managing network and telecommunications inquiries. You will work directly with clients on-site, supporting their Windows clients and iOS devices. The position offers a dynamic environment within a leading IT service provider in Germany, with opportunities for professional development, engaging projects, and flexible working conditions, including 30 days of annual leave. This is a full-time, permanent position with the option for direct employment after an initial temporary assignment.

Education
Completed IT-related vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist) or relevant professional experience
