Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be the frontline support for customers experiencing issues with Windows and iOS operating systems, handling everything from troubleshooting and error resolution to installations. This role involves processing tickets related to Break & Fix, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and H+E (Hardware & Equipment), providing 2nd level support, and managing network and telecommunications inquiries. You will work directly with clients on-site, supporting their Windows clients and iOS devices.
