Job Summary

This role is for a Senior IT Service Technician to provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support for a prestigious, internationally successful law firm in Munich city center. The position involves delivering 1st and 2nd level onsite support, assisting end-users, and managing IT services for various client-side products and peripherals including tablets, notebooks, PCs, printers, iOS/Android devices, projectors, and speakerphones. You will also be responsible for software support for deployed applications and setting up/dismantling, installing, and supporting video conferencing systems and common software solutions like Teams and Zoom. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a varied work routine with challenging issues and a supportive environment, with potential for direct employment after an initial temporary contract.
