In this role, you will be actively involved in various IT support projects, performing technical documentation within a ticketing system, and providing on-site support for Windows clients, iOS devices, networks, and telecommunication systems. You will also handle 2nd level support inquiries, ensuring smooth IT operations. This position requires a completed IT-related education or equivalent professional experience, strong command of MS Office applications and Windows 10, and proficiency in English.
