Job Summary
As a Client Support Specialist in Frankfurt am Main, you will be an integral part of a specialized team ensuring the smooth operation of highly complex client environments at Frankfurt Airport. This role involves providing 1st and 2nd level support for IT systems, both remotely and on-site, and managing service requests and incidents using various tools. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and handling the installation, troubleshooting, and delivery of IT hardware. Additionally, you will manage user and group rights and policies, including Active Directory, software distribution, patch management, and antivirus solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Client applications, and a solid understanding of established IT processes and service concepts. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Support Specialist, IT System Salesperson, or similar qualification
Experience

- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a Second Level Support framework
