Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the continuous evolution of IT services within the German Pension Insurance (DRV) IT business unit, acting as a central service point for critical systems like document management, intranet, and the DRV consulting office search. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting training for these IT services, contributing to working groups and expert committees focused on software development for knowledge management and collaboration platforms, and maintaining Notes databases. The position also requires coordinating temporary groups, committees, and steering committees, and providing support to the department head in both technical and organizational capacities, such as coordinating inquiries from the Federal Court of Auditors and performing cost controlling. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in IT or a related field, initial professional experience, and practical knowledge in project management. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and strategic analytical thinking are crucial.
