Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician based in Munich, you will be instrumental in supporting the IT infrastructure of various client companies across Germany. Your daily tasks will involve installing operating systems and applications, setting up and dismantling hardware, and providing onsite IT support, including 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting. You will also perform classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) and assist the existing IT support team as needed. This role is ideal for someone with prior field service experience, a solid understanding of network technology, Windows 10, and Office applications.
