Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician in Hamburg, you will provide essential support for IT workstations, ensuring smooth operations within a growing IT consulting firm. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting users with operating systems, hardware, local applications, client periphery, and mobile devices. You'll also be responsible for the setup, dismantling, and replacement of hardware components, processing incoming requests, incident reports, and orders for IT workstations, and maintaining asset records. Furthermore, you will instruct and train end-users on IT systems. This role is ideal for someone with initial professional experience in IT support, a strong understanding of Windows workstations, and a collaborative mindset, offering a stable position with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Service Representative, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Industrial System Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Service Representative, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Industrial System Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, or comparable initial professional experience
- Initial professional experience in using a ticketing system
- Possible experience in asset management
- Experience in the administration of Windows workstations and notebooks equipped with customer-specific software
