Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support, based in Munich. The successful candidate will join a growing IT consulting firm, providing essential IT services within the information and communication technology sector. Key responsibilities include managing IT documentation in a ticketing system, providing support for Windows and MacOS devices, including printer and hardware upgrades, and handling user account management such as password resets and unlocking. The technician will be the first point of contact for IT issues, accepting reports in person, via phone, or email, and will be responsible for analyzing and resolving reported errors.
