Job Summary
As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing security operations by developing, maintaining, and enhancing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and refining playbooks, automations, dashboards, and reports, as well as integrating with various security systems. You will play a crucial role in improving incident response times and overall efficiency within the Security Operations Center (SOC) by continuously enhancing existing playbooks and processes. This position requires a strong understanding of security processes, incident response, and common security tools, along with the ability to troubleshoot and document technical implementations clearly. You'll collaborate closely with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities and ensure seamless operation of external security tools.

- Experience with XSOAR or similar SOAR platforms, ideally in an MSSP or Enterprise SOC environment
- Understanding of security processes, incident response, and automation
- Familiarity with common security tools like SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, or Threat-Intelligence Platforms
- Experience in creating playbooks and customizing automations
- Ability to analyze complex problems and find structured, systematic solutions
- Experience in documenting processes clearly and understandably
