Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician based in Berlin, you will be a key player in providing essential onsite support for the IT infrastructure of prominent industrial companies and public authorities. Your daily tasks will involve hands-on work with IT rollouts, hardware and software provisioning, and delivering 1st and 2nd level IT support directly on-site or as part of a field service team. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT disruptions, performing general IT support activities, and installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
