Job Summary
The IT Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of IT services for the administration and schools in Neubrandenburg. This involves overseeing and optimizing collaboration with various IT service providers, acting as a primary contact for IT-related inquiries and escalations, and managing IT projects from requirements gathering to implementation. The role also includes developing and updating IT concepts for hardware and software infrastructure, particularly for schools, and strategically representing the administration's IT positions. A key responsibility is the overall management and evaluation of the Key User concept, including organizing exchange formats and establishing uniform standards for user support. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to drive digital transformation within public administration.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience with project work and IT coordination in public administrations (desirable)
- Experience in coordinating and training specialist users (Key User Concept)
