Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as an IT Coordinator in Neubrandenburg involves acting as the central interface between the local administration, municipal schools, and external IT service providers (such as IKT-Ost). The role focuses heavily on IT governance, project management, and strategic infrastructure development. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the quality of IT services, managing escalations, translating functional requirements from departments and schools into technical specifications for service providers, and overseeing the introduction of new specialized procedures. A key responsibility is the development and evaluation of the Key User concept, including organizing exchange forums and defining standards for documentation and collaboration. Candidates must possess a university degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, coupled with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, administrative software, and project management methodologies.
