Job Summary
Join the Cologne branch of BLB NRW, a leading real estate manager in Europe, as an Electrical Engineer or Building Automation Engineer. In this role, you will be a key player in interdisciplinary project teams, contributing to both building maintenance and large-scale construction projects for the federal government. Your responsibilities will include supporting the selection and contract processing of freelance services, managing and quality-checking external engineering firms, and overseeing planning services according to HOAI. You will also be responsible for the awarding, control, and billing of construction services, contributing to the development of highly modern and unique projects. This position offers the chance to work on challenging and impactful projects, shaping a climate-neutral real estate portfolio for North Rhine-Westphalia.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree (Bachelor/Diploma/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a comparable field
Experience
- • Professional experience in service phases 1 to 9 of HOAI (ideally)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness and ability to drive a company car; Readiness for a security clearance 'Ü1 to Ü3' according to the Security Clearance Act NRW; Knowledge of construction-relevant regulations (VOB, HOAI, VgV, DIN, etc.)
