Job Summary
This Postdoctoral Researcher role at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research focuses on understanding how synaptic circuits in the vertebrate brain lead to computational algorithms that enable animals to solve real-world behavioral problems. The successful candidate will conduct research using larval zebrafish, combining behavioral experiments with advanced functional imaging, electrophysiology, and electron microscopy techniques. Key responsibilities include leading independent research projects, collaborating within the lab, and mentoring junior scientists. Experience
