Job Summary
This role is for an experienced IT Technician specializing in user support, working with a long-standing client in the IT services sector in Cologne-Porz. The position involves on-site support for a diverse, heterogeneous IT infrastructure within a scientific user environment. Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues for end-users, installing and configuring hardware and software, and systematically documenting solutions in a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training or equivalent, experience in a service desk or similar IT role, and strong knowledge of Microsoft clients.
