The Executive Director will strategically and operationally manage the association, overseeing daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with statutes, and implementing decisions from the assembly. A key responsibility includes leading a team of 17 employees and coordinating external service providers. The role also involves supervising and guiding the operating company responsible for the association's services and representing the organization publicly.
