Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to take on the role of Executive Director for a public utility association in Zossen, Germany, responsible for water supply and wastewater disposal for approximately 46,000 residents. The successful candidate will strategically and operationally lead and develop the association, overseeing daily administrative operations and managing a team of 17 employees. This role involves significant public representation, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
