This pivotal role involves the strategic and operational leadership of a public utility association responsible for water supply and wastewater disposal for approximately 46,000 residents in five member communities. The Managing Director will oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of water management facilities and networks, ensuring compliance with Brandenburg KAG regulations. Key responsibilities include leading a team of 17 employees, managing daily administrative operations, and representing the association publicly. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in economics, civil engineering/water management, or law, coupled with significant leadership experience in public utilities or municipal administration.
