Job Summary

This role involves taking full technical, economic, and scheduling responsibility for complex building services (TGA) projects, encompassing new construction and renovation. The Project Manager will lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate with subcontractors and specialists, and manage projects through all phases, from bid preparation to execution and acceptance. Key responsibilities include creating and monitoring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and project goals, while serving as the central interface between clients, planning, execution, and authorities. The ideal candidate will have a background as a master craftsman, technician, or engineer in building services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) or be a journeyman in HVAC with significant TGA construction management experience.
