Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires a strategic and results-oriented Head of Division to take full organizational, economic, and strategic responsibility for the Technical Building Systems (GTA) business unit, specializing in HVAC/Plumbing (HLS). Day-to-day, the leader will manage and develop a large multidisciplinary team, including Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Managers, and oversee all renovation and new construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Key responsibilities include optimizing internal processes, managing large-scale projects, handling escalations, and maintaining strong customer relationships, including supporting acquisition and contract negotiations. The position demands deep technical expertise in HVAC/Plumbing, proven leadership ability, and P&L accountability, working closely with executive management to drive strategic corporate goals and innovation.
