Job Summary

This role involves executing electrical installations for renovation projects in existing residential buildings. The Service Technician will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of electrical systems, including the dismantling and disposal of old components, installation of new power and low-voltage networks according to planning documents and standards (like VDE), and connecting various electrical components such as switches, sockets, and distribution boards. Day-to-day tasks include testing, measuring, and commissioning electrical systems (per DIN VDE 0100-600), installing communication systems (intercoms, network cabling, SAT/TV), troubleshooting faults, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician and at least three years of professional experience, ideally within building technology (GTE).
