Job Summary

This crucial role involves taking overall technical, economic, and scheduling responsibility for demanding Technical Building Services (TBE) projects, focusing heavily on Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary (HLS) systems in both new construction and renovation. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, and specialist planners, serving as the central interface between clients, planning, execution, and authorities across all project phases, from proposal creation to final acceptance. Key day-to-day activities include rigorous monitoring of budgets, schedules, and quality standards, managing change orders, conducting risk assessment, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant regulations (VOB, DIN, VDI, HOAI). The successful candidate must possess deep technical knowledge of building technology, strong assertiveness, and the ability to lead and develop technical staff while contributing to the strategic advancement of the building services division.
