Job Summary

This role is for a dynamic IT Systems Technician to ensure the smooth operation of technical systems for clients of an IT service provider in the Ortenau district. You will primarily handle incoming support tickets, providing remote maintenance via TeamViewer to diagnose and repair client IT infrastructure (PCs/servers). Approximately twice a week, you'll provide on-site support for IT issues within a 50 km radius of the nearest location. A key aspect of this role involves continuous professional development through training and manufacturer certifications, alongside meticulous documentation of all processes. You'll also be responsible for presenting solutions to complex IT challenges, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
