Job Summary

This role is for a dynamic IT Systems Technician to ensure the smooth operation of technical systems for clients of an IT service provider in the Ortenau district. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing support tickets, performing remote maintenance on client IT infrastructure (PCs/servers) using tools like TeamViewer, and providing on-site support for IT issues within a 50 km radius, approximately twice a week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to develop innovative solutions, and committed to customer satisfaction.
