Job Summary

As a Senior Service Technician, you will be a vital part of the onsite support team at the Federal Ministry of Defence in Berlin, ensuring the digital future of Germany. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving IT incidents and requests across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments, meticulously documenting all actions. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software, with a particular focus on mobile device management. Additionally, you will conduct DGUV V3 inspections, contribute to quality assurance measures, and participate in projects aimed at adapting and expanding existing IT infrastructures.
