Job Summary
Join the primary digitalization partner of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as a Senior System Administrator specializing in 2nd Level Outlook/Exchange support in Bonn. This full-time, permanent role is crucial for maintaining the stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the large-scale email infrastructure built on the Microsoft platform, serving clients including BWI, Bw, and BSI. Daily responsibilities involve comprehensive incident management, including fault acceptance, analysis, and resolution within the Exchange/Outlook environment, providing 2nd Level Support, processing standard operational requests, and executing patch management. You will also be tasked with maintaining and developing technical documentation and exploring future technologies, such as AI, to enhance email operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019/SE and Outlook 2016/2019, coupled with significant professional experience in large corporate IT structures.
