Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive technical and functional application support for various systems within the Central Fines Office, primarily focusing on WiNOWiG and related modules. Key responsibilities include creating and evaluating statistics, participating in IT projects, preparing and conducting user training, and acting as a key user representative. Additionally, the specialist will handle administrative offense procedures, process warnings and hearings, and manage correspondence with legal entities. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, particularly in SQL and MS Office, and be willing to quickly acquire knowledge in administrative offense and road traffic law. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a high degree of reliability, and the ability to work independently and responsibly with diverse clientele.
