Additionally, the role handles the administrative side of IT incidents, such as processing damage claims for mobile devices, generating cost notices, and communicating with insurance companies. The ideal candidate has a background in IT System Integration or Application Development, demonstrating reliability, self-reliance, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
