Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to provide essential onsite support and maintenance for a leading global IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT tickets, performing hardware maintenance, proactive hardware exchanges, and supporting asset management. Key duties include independent installation, repair, and upgrading of IT hardware and software, as well as handling IMAC/D requests, BreakFix, and onsite swaps. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with ticketing systems, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
