Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR, focusing on playbooks, automations, dashboards, and integrations. Your daily tasks will involve optimizing Security Operations Center (SOC) workflows to accelerate incident response and boost efficiency through automation. You'll continuously refine existing playbooks for scalability and improve incident response processes using XSOAR's features. This role requires close collaboration with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities, troubleshoot XSOAR-related issues, and ensure seamless integration of external security tools such as SIEM and EDR. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of security processes, incident response, and the ability to clearly document complex technical workflows.
