Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Computational Science, Mathematics, Physics or related disciplines
Experience
- Professional experience with HPC environments and scheduling technologies
- Professional experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Professional experience with machine learning/AI workflows
- Professional experience with interactive cloud environments (Jupyter)
- Professional experience in dealing with parallel and distributed compute systems
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Singularity, Kubernetes) preferred
- Experience working with scientists and engineers in academia or industry preferred
- Experience with cloud-based HPC solutions preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools preferred
- Experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Airflow or Nextflow) preferred
- Experience with data management in large computing environments preferred
