Job Summary

As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end service management of SharePoint solutions, specifically for the DokMBw project within the German Federal Armed Forces, focusing on email communication, file services, and document/content management. This role involves leading and coordinating a virtual, interdisciplinary service team, ensuring the quality, service levels, and productivity of IT services. You will also manage project aspects, contribute to solution design and transition, handle budget responsibilities, and support procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong ITIL and project management certifications, excellent knowledge of Jira and MS SharePoint, and experience in managing collaboration solutions and virtual teams.
