Job Summary
This role involves designing, architecting, and operating secure, cutting-edge mobile solutions within the Digital Workplace Service Line, focusing specifically on Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) infrastructure. The System Engineer will be crucial in shaping the secure mobile communication future for clients, particularly dealing with highly protected systems, including VS-NfD approved environments. Day-to-day tasks include leading service design, acting as a technical expert in scaling mobile projects, expanding EMM infrastructure for secure devices, and ensuring continuous service improvement based on technological trends. The ideal candidate must possess deep experience with mobile enterprise solutions, VMware Workspace ONE, and ITIL principles, ensuring robust documentation and providing technical consultation to service management and customers.
Required Skills
Education
Completed Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or a recognized vocational qualification in an IT profession.
Experience
- Professional experience in designing mobile Enterprise solutions with VS-NfD infrastructures
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the IT environment (if no degree is held)
- Experience in planning, building, and expanding EMM infrastructure
- Experience supporting 2nd-Level-Support and managing vendor communication
