Job Summary

This role involves working as a System Engineer within the Digital Workplace Service Line, focusing on Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions, particularly those requiring high security clearance (VS-NfD approved systems). The engineer will be responsible for the service design and architecture of secure, scalable mobile solutions, acting as a technical expert throughout various projects. Day-to-day tasks include planning, building, and expanding the EMM infrastructure for mobile devices, ensuring continuous service improvement based on technological trends, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The position requires close collaboration with other architecture teams, providing technical consulting to service management and clients, and supporting 2nd-level technical support, including communication with product manufacturers. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or extensive professional experience, coupled with deep knowledge of VMware, Workspace ONE, Android, and iOS environments, and proficiency in IT Service Management (ITIL).

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in an IT field or a recognized professional IT training qualification

Experience

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the IT environment (alternative to degree)
  • Professional experience in designing mobile enterprise solutions with VS-NfD infrastructures
  • Proven knowledge and experience in VMware, Workspace ONE, Android, and iOS
  • Know-how in IT Service Management, at least at the ITIL Foundation level
