Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Technician who will be responsible for delivering, installing, and maintaining IT equipment for various clients across Southern Germany. Day-to-day tasks include transporting and handling IT hardware, installing and dismantling client systems and printers, cabling IT devices, and performing basic configuration and functional checks of PCs, notebooks, and printers. The technician will also document and close work orders using a ticketing system. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical affinity for IT hardware and basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, who enjoys working independently in a field service capacity. It offers the chance to work with modern IT equipment and contribute to the digital transformation for major clients.
