You will act as the central point of contact for all IT inquiries, handling support tickets from initial capture through to resolution, and proactively communicating status updates to users. A key part of the job involves taking ownership of problems, managing escalations, and ensuring quick, sustainable solutions, all while maintaining meticulous documentation to guarantee high service quality. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical vocational training or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong communication skills and a high degree of service orientation. Essential technical qualifications include excellent hardware knowledge and comprehensive proficiency in current Microsoft operating systems and products.
