Job Summary

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT end devices, including inventory, preparation, deployment, exchange, and decommissioning of equipment like laptops, monitors, and phones. Your daily tasks will involve setting up and dismantling workstations, ensuring proper cabling, and meticulously documenting all activities. A key part of the role is troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, handling requests via hotline or ticketing systems, and escalating complex problems to the second-level support when necessary. You will also be crucial in maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), providing user training, especially for Windows 11 rollouts, and contributing to the knowledge base to enhance IT support processes. Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent

Experience
