As an IT First-Level Supporter, you will be the initial point of contact for software and hardware issues within a Windows/Citrix environment. Your daily tasks will involve providing essential 1st level support, managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, and handling the procurement, setup, and deployment of new hardware. You will also be responsible for on-site client hardware installations and contributing to other IT-related activities.
