Job Summary

As a WMS / TMS Key User, you will be the central point for IT processes at the Philippsburg site, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics systems. Your daily responsibilities will include leading the implementation, optimization, and development of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS). You will act as the interface between operational teams, central IT, and external service providers, handling change requests and providing support in case of disruptions. This role requires strong technical expertise in IT-supported logistics processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will also be responsible for creating test plans, developing reports, and conducting training sessions, contributing to a modern and expanding logistics environment.
