Job Summary

This role places you at the core of IT processes for a rapidly expanding international contract logistics provider. As the WMS/TMS Key User Logistics Specialist, you will ensure the seamless functionality of all IT-supported logistics systems, driving implementation, optimization, and development initiatives. Your daily tasks will include coordinating change requests with central IT and customers, acting as the Single Point of Contact for incident resolution, managing external service providers, and creating essential documentation, reports, and training materials. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, commercial, or logistics, coupled with strong knowledge of WMS/TMS systems, MS Office, basic SQL/AS400 skills, and experience in Incident Management (e.g., ITIL).
