Job Summary

This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing IT-supported logistics processes (WMS/TMS) within a rapidly expanding international logistics company. The Key User acts as the central technical liaison, ensuring system functionality and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading system implementation and development projects, coordinating change requests with central IT and external service providers, and serving as the primary point of contact during system disruptions (Incident Management). Candidates must possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel), basic knowledge of SQL and AS400, and hands-on experience with warehouse processes.
