Job Summary

This Senior Agility Master role involves guiding and coaching multiple Scrum/agile teams, Product Owners, and other Agility Masters to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and teamwork. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and removing impediments, fostering strong communication and self-organization within and across teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. A key aspect of the role is to ensure transparency in goals and progress, helping teams deliver high-quality product increments.
