Job Summary

As a Senior Agility Master, you will be instrumental in guiding and coaching up to three Scrum/agile teams, Product Owners, and fellow Agility Masters to continuously enhance their effectiveness, efficiency, and teamwork. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and removing impediments, fostering strong communication, self-organization, and cross-functionality within and between teams through training and feedback. You will also be responsible for creating transparency on goals and progress using metrics, ensuring focus on high-quality product increments. This role is attractive for its emphasis on building a trusting, fear-free environment and contributing to the organizational scaling of agile methods, including leading change processes and special assignments. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in agile coaching, a deep understanding of agile software development, and strong leadership capabilities.
