This role is for a System Engineer specializing in Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) systems at HENSOLDT, a global leader in premium sensors for security and surveillance missions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system engineering, from requirements and system analysis down to module level, including system design with specific algorithms. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting specialized development teams (e.g., software, RF), creating integration and testing concepts, and executing various tests including integration, acceptance, qualification, and field tests. The role also requires technical support during the bidding phase, acting as a key technical contact for customers, and managing technical aspects of subcontractors.
