Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR, focusing on playbooks, automations, dashboards, and integrations. Your daily tasks will involve optimizing Security Operations Center (SOC) processes through automation to accelerate incident response and improve efficiency. You will continuously refine existing playbooks for flexibility and scalability, and enhance incident response processes using XSOAR functionalities. This role requires close collaboration with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities and process improvements, ensuring seamless integration of external security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and Threat-Intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate possesses experience with SOAR platforms, a strong understanding of security processes and incident response, and the ability to clearly document technical workflows and troubleshoot issues.
