Job Summary

As a Rollout Technician, you will be instrumental in managing and executing IT system deployments and migrations for a leading European IT service provider. Your daily tasks will involve processing and documenting IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services within a ticket system, performing critical rollouts and rollbacks, and assisting with various system relocations. You will be responsible for disassembling, assembling, configuring, and installing client systems, PCs, notebooks, and printers. This role requires a strong customer and solution-oriented approach, a responsible work ethic, and the ability to travel to various client locations, including potential overnight stays.
