Job Summary
This role involves providing essential onsite IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for hardware and software systems within a leading German IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and support of notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices, alongside analyzing and resolving faults related to Windows, network issues, and hardware. The successful candidate will manage, track, and document support tickets using established ticketing systems, participate in workplace setup/teardown, and assist with IT rollouts and migrations. Key requirements include a formal qualification in IT system integration or comparable professional experience, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and standard software, and excellent German language skills.
